Attorney Louise Herman of Herman Law Group filed a whistleblower lawsuit against The Journey to Hope, Health, and Healing, Inc. and its former CEO, Kenneth L. Richardson, Jr., accusing them of serious violations of the False Claims Act. The lawsuit alleges that they billed the Rhode Island Medicaid program for millions of dollars for substance disorder treatment services that they did not provide and falsified records to make it look like they had provided the services. The federal government and the State of Rhode Island recently joined the lawsuit. To learn more about it, simply click here to read the PDF or contact the Herman Law Group today.
